The history of our hotel began in the 1950s…
An orphaned child separated from his brothers named Gilberto is lovingly raised by his grandmother and aunt, in a small apartment on the top floor…
Years pass and Gilberto falls in love with his future wife Jole and in 1978 with 2 small children they retire the management of the Central Café on the ground floor of the building.
With sacrifices and determination they unite the property and with their sons Luigi and Filippo in 2001.
After a major renovation they give life to their dream: the Hotel du Lac.
Now Jole and Gilberto are enjoying their well-deserved rest with pride, but the dream continues…
